Unused Products Returns Accepted

As of 1st April 2024, we shall not accept returns in case any of our health supplements and the packaging are tempered or used or in opened condition or after 30 days from the date of order once the product is successfully delivered to the customer. Return shipping charges shall be applicable according to the geographic location of pickup. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns 

Refund Policy

We believe in the efficacy and safety of our products, and our prices reflect our commitment to providing premium supplements at competitive prices. As mentioned, Knockout Nutrition would accept returns and will refund for any products only if the product is unused and there has been no tampering with the products seal and the packaging.  The refund shall be provided to the customers bank account after we have received the product back.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within seven (7) days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to address the issue appropriately.
